Beyond the Palace is a one-hour daily radio show hosted by Gary Wien, an award-winning music journalist from the Jersey Shore. Gary has been covering the Asbury Park music scene for decades and has picked up ten Asbury Music Awards in the process. Each day, he puts together a mix of old and new -- blending classic Jersey Shore artists like Bruce Springsteen and Southside Johnny with new artists on the scene today.

What makes Beyond the Palace so unique is that it's produced from someone who knows the Asbury music scene inside and out. He's been nicknamed "The Protector Of The Archives" by a local music writer. While anyone can play the area's greatest hits, Gary's show throws out the one-hit wonders and lost bands of the past as well. He's got tons of demos, rare tracks, and even live tracks that no one else has. With over 200 artists to choose from and counting, you'll never know who will show up on the show!
